McClure’s NY Deli opened in Elmira August 5th 2015. We are a Classic NY Style Deli specializing in delicious deli sandwiches, soups, homemade specials and much more.
At McClure’s NY Deli we are all about Quality and Consistency. Our Pastrami and Corned Beef are cured and cooked on our premises. We smoke our Beef Brisket and Ribs using our signature house rub. Our sausages and hotdogs are homemade using no preservatives. Whenever possible we use local produce to make our soups and salads. Coldcuts, cheeses, salads, sausages and hotdogs are also available by the pound.
Owner Mark McClure started in the food business at age 15 and has worked many different aspects of the profession throughout the years. Co-owner Barbara McClure has been working in the meat market and restaurant business for the last 20+ years. She created and ran Barb’s Soup’s on Cafe’ for 8 years.
McClure’s also offers Catering for all occasions, specializing in home style cooking using quality ingredients.
Together Mark and Barb strive to provide quality, convenience and outstanding customer service at a reasonable cost.
